Karin served as the lead designer for the renovation of a historic 19th-century schoolhouse in Egremont, Massachusetts. Originally built in 1880, the building functioned as a cornerstone of the North Egremont community for more than a century. Working alongside architect David Coon, Karin guided and oversaw the full redesign and remodeling of the property from 2022 to 2024, thoughtfully adapting the landmark structure for modern use while honoring its historic character.
